Peter O’Connell has spent over 2 decades in the software industry. Starting in 1994 as a qualified computer engineer, O’Connell worked as a developer specializing in Microsoft development technologies. During this time, he designed and built large enterprise and web applications based on the Microsoft stack with SQL Server as the database of choice. From there, O’Connell went on to manage multiple teams and run his own business, before joining Dell.
